DezinerLux.com ("DezinerLux," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Stacy Nicole Interiors, Inc. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, the choices available to you, and how to contact us.
This Policy applies to DezinerLux.com and related pages, forms, applications, communications, directory features, memberships, and online services that link to it (collectively, the "Services").
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, company name, title, biography, credentials, licenses, certifications, specialties, services, project types, service areas, website, social links, professional affiliations, location information, communications, survey responses, support requests, newsletter preferences, and materials submitted for a directory listing, membership, partnership, event, or application.
Profile and application materials may include headshots, logos, portfolio images, project descriptions, references, and other professional content.
When you purchase a paid service, Stripe processes payment-card information directly. DezinerLux generally receives transaction, customer, subscription, billing-status, and limited payment-method information needed to administer the service, but does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
Information Collected Automatically
We and our service providers may automatically collect IP address, browser and device information, operating system, pages viewed, links selected, referring and exit pages, search activity, visit dates and times, approximate location derived from IP address, cookie identifiers, and similar technical information.
Information From Other Sources
We may receive information from public sources, professional organizations, event organizers, social platforms, business partners, analytics providers, advertising providers, and other third parties. We may use public professional information to research, verify, update, or supplement directory profiles.
2. Public Directory Profiles and User Content
DezinerLux is a professional directory and industry resource. Information submitted or approved for a professional, company, vendor, organization, event, project, or other directory profile may be displayed publicly, including names, photographs, biographies, business contact information, credentials, specialties, services, locations, links, and other approved profile content.
Public profile content may be viewed, indexed, copied, or shared by search engines and third parties. Removing content from DezinerLux may not immediately remove copies stored or indexed elsewhere.
We may edit submitted content for spelling, formatting, clarity, consistency, accuracy, search visibility, or compliance with our standards. Inclusion in the directory is not guaranteed, and verification may be requested before publishing or updating a profile.
